All participants must be 18 years or over, but there is no age cap, everyone of all ages is welcome.

Not at all. The beauty is that all WOD’s are saleable so that anyone can participate. There are also a host of activities outside of the box such as hiking, yoga, SUP’ing (Stand-Up Paddling) etc. so as long as you are physically able and have a passion for adventure and fitness you are more than welcome to join us.

No, nothing is obligatory, and you are not forced into participating in any activity that you choose not to. However, the costs for all your activities are covered upfront so if you choose to rest or have a day off instead you will forfeit the costs associated with that activity. 

Yes, travel insurance is obligatory.  All participants must have medical, repatriation, and emergency rescue coverage.  We strongly recommend that the policy also covers personal liability, cancellation, curtailment and loss of luggage and personal effects.

Yes, you can, however, you would have to arrange the accommodation and transport outside of the tour dates yourself. 

Yes, you may, however, the price for the tour will not change. It would be your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements and assume any additional costs associated.

You will be staying in a 3-star hotel which has been checked and comfort, safely and service is assured.   

Accommodation is on a twin-share basis.  If you’re travelling on your own, you will be sharing a room with a fellow traveller of the same gender.   However, you do have the option of paying extra for your own room, if you so choose.

The maximum number of participants on a tour is 12-16. However, is we have a larger number of coaches and athletes on a tour we may extend the tour size to 18. We commit to a high level of attention from the tour leaders and CrossFit coaches at all times.   

The currency in South Africa is called the Rand, and while there are 11 official languages in the country the tours are run in English and all destinations on the tour speak English as their first language.
